What we do

Three tracks. Stack them as you grow.

Pick a track or stack them. Most clients sit on Hosting & Maintenance and add Digital Support hours as the business grows.

Hosting & Maintenance

Keep the site fast, secure, and current. The quiet plumbing that nobody notices when it's working.

  • Edge hosting, SSL, DNS, deploys
  • Monthly performance & uptime report
  • Content updates (text, photos, hours, pricing)
  • Backups, monitoring, abuse blocking
  • Security patches and dependency upkeep

Local-Business Digital Support

The "we'll handle it" lane. Menu changes, photo swaps, new sections, a contact form that didn't exist last week.

  • Menu, price, hours, & staff updates
  • New page sections & small features
  • Pickup, contact, and catering request flows
  • Email notification routing & templates
  • Photo uploads & image cleanup

Ordering-Channel Integration

Wire your website to whatever ordering or delivery workflow you've already chosen. We connect the pipes — we don't run the kitchen.

  • Third-party ordering link wiring (DoorDash, Square, Toast, etc.)
  • Marketplace-vs-direct setup & routing
  • Pickup & catering request forms
  • Inbox routing & auto-reply templates
  • Hand-off documentation for staff

Channels & platforms we wire

We meet your stack where it is.

If you've already picked a channel, we connect it. If you haven't, we help you pick one that fits the size of the operation.

Wiring a beloved kitchen into the channel they already chose.

The taco lane is the live model: existing site under maintenance, menu & hours pushed weekly, a marketplace storefront wired to the website, and a pickup request flow for the regulars who'd rather text than tap an app. We connect the pipes. The kitchen stays the kitchen.

* Hosting cost is included in the plan. The "$0/mo" you may have heard us quote refers to the prototype tier with no production domain or backend; production hosting, security, monitoring, and ongoing support run through these plans. Cost reflects time, not just servers.

What this lane is — and what it isn't.

We say this up front so nobody hires us for the wrong job.

This lane handles

  • Website hosting, maintenance, and content upkeep
  • Wiring your site to the ordering or delivery channel you've chosen
  • Pickup, contact, and catering request flows
  • Small operational features and email routing
  • Hand-off documentation so your staff can run it

This lane does not handle

  • Acting as merchant of record or processing payments on your behalf
  • Running delivery logistics, drivers, or fulfillment
  • Tax, accounting, refunds, or customer-service operations
  • Replacing a dedicated POS, accountant, or bookkeeper
  • A custom in-house ordering platform — that's Caprock Orders, reserved for now

Questions

The things every client asks first.

Is hosting really $0/mo?

The free tier exists. We use it for prototypes and small static sites with no backend. Production — a real domain, security hardening, monitoring, backend or form processing, and our time keeping it running — costs money, and that's what these plans cover. Cost reflects our time, not just the server bill.

Do you build my custom ordering system?

No — not yet. A real packaged ordering system is on the roadmap as Caprock Orders, but it's currently reserved while we validate it with pilots. Today we wire your website to whatever ordering channel you've chosen (DoorDash, Square, Toast, etc.) and build the surrounding request flows.

Can I add support to a site I didn't build with you?

Yes. We do an intake on the existing site, take a snapshot, and start the plan from there. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom — we'll tell you up front what we can and can't maintain.

What happens if I leave?

You keep everything. Code, domain, files, accounts. We hand over admin access on day one and we don't lock anything behind a "Caprock-only" account. Cancel any time, no termination fee.

Do unused hours roll over?

Hours expire at the end of the month — they're a budget for response, not a balance. If you need a bigger lift in a single month, we either move you up a tier or quote it as a one-off project under Caprock Studio.

What's "ordering channel integration"?

You've already picked (or want to pick) DoorDash, Square Online, Toast, Uber Eats, etc. We wire your existing website to that channel — buttons, links, branded pickup pages, request forms, email routing, hand-off docs. We're not the channel; we're the integrator.

Hand it off. We'll keep it running.
